What this Job Offers

This Warehouse Materials Handler opening pays about $15.00–$15.50 per hour for full-time, on-site work. Health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid sick time come standard.

Physical ability matters, as much of your shift involves moving and lifting up to 50 pounds in a refrigerated setting. Bilingual applicants are welcome, but basic English is preferred.

Past warehouse or food production experience is required. You need to reliably perform and communicate with your team on a hands-on job.

The company values reliability, hygiene, and following safety regulations. This role is suited for those ready to handle physical work in a process-driven environment.

Background checks are inclusive, so people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply—this is a fair chance employer.

Daily Life & Responsibilities

Expect to spend your shift unloading and loading food items, labeling packages, and operating electric pallet jacks. You’ll pack cases and palletize products for shipping.

Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and following strict food safety protocols, such as GMP and LOTO, is mandatory.

Accurate recordkeeping and ability to adapt to changing tasks make candidates shine. There’s frequent collaboration with other teams.

You’ll complete quality inspections and sanitize equipment to company standards. Personal safety equipment is provided—and required.

Being physically fit is a must due to repetitive movement and cold working conditions. Flexibility for different shifts or overtime is needed.

Pros: Benefits & Stability

Standout health benefits set this job apart: health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a retirement plan, are offered from day one.

Job security is notable with a well-established employer and a clear full-time arrangement. Inclusive policies make a supportive workplace.

Cons: Physical Demands

Physical requirements are high, with lifting and standing for long periods. The refrigerated setting can be tough for those unused to the cold.

Schedule flexibility is required. Overtime or longer shifts may arise on short notice due to customer demand.

Final Verdict: Is This Job For You?

If you have warehouse or food manufacturing experience and value good pay with comprehensive benefits, this is a strong fit. The work is hands-on and fast-paced.

Candidates who value team culture, can handle physical challenges, and are looking for steady work with clear advancement opportunities should consider applying.
