Responsibilities & Daily Routine
As a Food & Beverage Expert, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences from the fresh foods area to the bakery and Starbucks counter.
You will help ensure products are restocked, well-presented, and meet safety and freshness standards, all while supporting guests with friendly service.
Your tasks include greeting guests, assisting with item selection, cleaning, and executing inventory and sales floor displays to Target’s high standards.
You’ll also help process deliveries, perform product rotation, and engage in sampling or suggestive selling to boost guest satisfaction and store sales.
Throughout your shift, you may work independently or as part of a team, balancing direct guest interactions with behind-the-scenes duties.
