Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll greet and assist guests, help with merchandise setup, manage inventory, and maintain accurate pricing. Responsibilities include restocking shelves, handling fulfillment orders, and supporting food service or Starbucks areas as needed. You’ll use technology for inventory and communication, operate equipment if certified, and ensure safety guidelines are always followed. Helping guests both on the sales floor and digitally (like Drive Up or pickup orders) is part of the daily routine. You’ll also contribute to a culture focused on guest satisfaction and team success.
